Chromalloy Strengthens Customer Service through Integration Event
This event allows Chromalloy Mexicali team to have a closer integration through the functions in the business unit.
On November 2nd, aerospace company Chromalloy, located in PIMSA I, celebrated the Team Work event, to emphasize in its customer service delivery. This event has taken place every consecutive quarter and allows a closer integration among the associates in Mexicali through the functions in the business unit. The theme for this event was the Day of the Dead and Halloween, traditions in the border of Mexico and the United States. All the attendants who are part of the staff “Salary” presented themselves dressed as witches or catrinas, to participate in a costume contest in which the most creative dress was rewarded.
For the costume contest, there were six prizes for the best dress such as coupons for well-known restaurants, gift cards and tickets for the local cinema that the collaborators can use within the following six months. Among the winners was Sergio Ochoa from the Customs department, Blanca Garcia and Claudia Méndez from the Customer Service department.
Through a quiz organized by the Customer Service department, the staff analyzed the areas of opportunity in the practice of this value. The winning team received numerous awards, such as candy bags and certificates from the Customer Service team. At the end of the event, the associates strengthened the importance of the approach towards their clients to whom they offer their services, as well as the area of Customer Service and why it is essential to deliver on time, meet quality standards and maintain a competitive price. The management team highlighted that everyone enjoyed the integration event and it was a great opportunity to spend quality time between coworkers.
